Our history:

Cracked Street Records was founded in August 2025 after our founder, Theodore Zerpe Årmann, had helped the new defunct Freak INC produce and publish their second single, Caffeine Mixture. After previously having self-published his own music, Theodore realized that there was a space to be filled in the music industry, an affordable alternative to self publishing where the artist is in full control. He used his knowledge gathered from these experiences and thus Cracked Street Records was born.

Our philosophy:

We aren't like other independent record labels. You fully choose how you use our services -- no exclusivity, no "signing" you to us. We know that when you're new to the music industry your resources are limited. That's why we vow to always find the most cost effective solution for you. We for this reason also guarantee that your first track will always be digitally released for free*. Our philosophy is to offer as much transparency and freedom as possible while still taking into account the various challenges of being a musical artist, whether you're just starting out or already established. We want to help you.

*Free digital release applies to your first track only, optional paid add-ons are available. Does not apply to CDs or merchandise.
